Glendale's Answer To Creative Neighborhood Nighttime Entertainment starring Local Residents from Glendale and Surrounding Areas.

Local performers crawl out of the closet to perform on Glendale's newest cabaret stage. Yoga At The Village, northwest Glendale's hub, not only for Yoga classes, but for neighborhood gatherings, meetings and events now provides showcase opportunities for raw, undiscovered talent, feature a different performance line-up every month on a Friday night ... right in your own backyard! Accompanying the performers; beer, wine and soft drinks will be available and light fare will be served.

Dennis Doyle is a Celtic harpist, singer and storyteller. He's performed in Ireland, Japan and throughout North America, a veteran performer at most major Irish and Celtic, and Folk festivals. He's appeared several times on national television, including the show "Murder, She Wrote" and has consulted and performed background music for many others. He sings beautifully in English and Irish-Gaelic. He also holds a masters degree in education and is a credentialed college professor. He leads frequent study tours to Ireland where he teaches credit classes in Irish History and Literature and does workshops and leads retreats near and far on the Irish Language, Celtic Spirituality, Irish Harp History and Lore, and on the music of Turlough O'Carolan. He also plays keyboards, mandolin, and is a liturgical composer and musician. Yoga at the village is committed to providing invaluable life strengthening tools for seniors, adults, kids, teens, computer geeks, the yoga challenged and the skeptical making "feeling better and stronger" available to just about anyone! It is a fun and playful environment and promises that if you simply "introduce your mind to your body, they just might like each other."
