The Getty Center is the last MC101 field trip of the semester for good
reason. It is a beautiful facility and it allows the MC101 students to
apply all they have learned during the semester.

It took a long time for all the MC101s to get up the hill. The tram
was working only part of the time and the shuttle busses were jammed.

The Getty galleries are great, but this field trip is also an outdoor experience. The city and hill views and the Getty Center's architecture and gardens make it a great place to stroll. |

By the time we finished going through the galleries, the
sun was setting on another great MC101 field trip day. This shot is from
the tram as I was going back down the hill.
