We learned that the printing presses (which are many decades newer
than this model) are no longer at the Downtown location. |

The Times building
was opened in 1935 and is a monument to both newspapers and the city.. |

Our tour guide, Darrell Kunitomi, told us
that the paper version of the Times is quickly being supplanted
by the online version. Our tour ended with a discussion of whether the
