It was a good-sized group of us that headed across Alameda Street from Union Station. |
| Mariachis seranaded us upon our arrival to Olvera Street. |

There was a historical program performed at the Plaza. Actors portrayed various figures from early Los Angeles. |

There were also tables set up around the plaza that fit with the day's theme. This table was about sheep shearing and the early uses of wool. |

In all, another fine birthday for the City of Angels. |
