A Celebration at Olvera Street
A Pleasant (But Hot) Ending
It was a good-sized group of us that headed across Alameda Street from Union Station.

Mariachis seranaded us upon our arrival to Olvera Street
There was a historical program performed at the Plaza. Actors portrayed various figures from early Los Angeles.
There were also tables set up around the plaza that fit with the day's theme. This table was about sheep shearing and the early uses of wool.
In all, another fine birthday for the City of Angels.
